Friday night we attended a parking lot dance at the local grocery store. There were lawn chairs galore, a band, hay bail throwing contest, and children fighting with swords (don't worry, they were inflatable swords). This was all the start of the 59th Annual Farmer's Day in Union. This is about 45 minutes from the farm and where Linda attended high school.
Saturday we watched the parade and dinned on pulled beef sandwiches sold by the Cattleman's Association. Josh didn't think they were as good as southern barbeque, but were still delicious. Linda was the talk of the town or was it that she talked to the whole town? No matter which, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
Great pic Erica, cant wait to come meet the town
